I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was not ready until 5:30, but once it was, we could shower and change immediately. However, the air conditioning was broken during my stay. The service was perfect, particularly the staff being more friendly than the front desk and being very helpful. The location was great for bingo, casino activities, and exploring the surrounding areas. Dining was enjoyable, especially the seriously yummy Pork Belly dish. The facilities were nice, though we had to pay an extra $25 per person to access G Spa in Fox Tower.

The hotel rooms are big enough and very clean, usually with 2 comfortable queen beds providing ample space to entertain friends with snacks and drinks. However, the rooms were extremely humid and felt out of date. The drains need attention as they drain very slowly.
